Twitter to face lawsuit for violation of the federal WARN Act, twitter is being sued by former employees for Elon Musk’s mass firing.

Twitter laid off its employees without a "advanced notice" before mass firing, workers were not given notice of their firing in accordance with both the federal Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act (WARN) and California WARN Act.

The law says it is required for companies to give employees at least 60 days of advance notice before a mass firing takes place.

• Friday in an effort to reduce costs by eliminating 3,700 jobs, or 50% of its total workforce.

Twitter to make money with Blue Tick, subscription;

Elon Musk cleared the air with by tweeting, the monthly charge for the upcoming “Blue Tick mark” subscription package.

• The subscription fee will be $8 in the US, and these prices will vary from country to country, according to “purchasing power.”

He tweeted saying “Twitter’s current lords & peasants system for who has or doesn’t have a blue checkmark is bullshit.”

The package would allow users some other perks as well, including:

• Priority in replies, mentions, and search, which Musk argues is “essential to defeat spam/scam”

• Ability to post long video and audio

• Half as many ads And “paywall bypass for publishers willing to work with us”

Upcoming so called Subscription plan:

The new Twitter Blue subscription could let anyone rent a verified check attached to priority status for their tweets, longer audio and video posts, and fewer ads.

Twitter is currently planning to charge $8 for the new Twitter Blue subscription.

Twitter change in leadership brought some big changes with it, first Elon Musk fired top leadership at the spot, and now the employees given a clear message “If the deadline is not met, you're fired.”

According to the Verge, Elon Musk has given employees their first ultimatum: Meet his deadline to introduce paid verification on Twitter or pack up and leave. Verge reported the employees working on the project were told on Sunday that they need to meet a deadline of November 7th to launch the feature, or they will be fired.

The Twitter CEO Musk has a new “paid” subscription plan for Blue Tick holder and an optional plan for users who want more features like edit button (which is already a paid feature), it currently cost a $4.99 a month.

Musk wants to make it further expensive subscription plan that also verifies users, according to experts of the Twitter policymaking.

Twitter is currently planning to charge $19.99 for the new Twitter Blue subscription. Under the current plan, verified users would have 90 days to subscribe or lose their blue Tick mark.

Musk faces criticism over work environment:

Elon Musk has seen much criticism over his handling of his work force, his other companies like Space-X, and Tesla's ex employees have complained in the past of how tough and toxic the work environment Musk companies have.

Ex-employees reportedly have admitted that Musk is very strict and put a lot of work load and pressure on the employees, to meet the deadline or to deliver on his ambitions.

Musk's ex-employee's bad working experiences with world richest person in terms of wealth, also proves true sighting the current Twitter employees condition, where they are reportedly told to deliver on time or get fired.

This makes a work environment hazards and the question of lack of enough care for employees mental health.
