Apple on its official website apple.com has disclosed which iPhone device would be eligible to get iOS 18. We have covered them on this page for you;
• According to the Apple website, "Apple Intelligence will be available in beta on iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max, and iPad and Mac with M1 and later, with Siri and device language set to U.S. English, as part of iOS 18, iPadOS 18, and macOS Sequoia this fall."

Messages via satellite availability:
Apple has disclosed that “Messages via satellite” feature, which allow user to send messages without Wi-Fi or Cellular connectivity, will be available in iOS 18 along with existing satellite features in the United States on iPhone 14 and later.
Apple has also disclosed that, “Features are subject to change. Some features, applications, and services may not be available in all regions or all languages.”

The annual Apple event Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) took place with a lot of software enhancement and new feature updates on the Apple devices like Calculator App on iPad, Apple Intelligence, Siri with AI, and iOS 18 with ton of new features and enhanced UI all made big headlines this year on WWDC24. Here's what we've covered for you, from iOS 18 release this year.
Features iOS18:
Personalize your Home Screen layout: Wallpaper continuation, app widget and icons colour change (suiting to wallpaper colour tone), arrange app widget and icons to anywhere on the screen, dark mode for App icons and widgets appear (new Dark look.) Lock and hide apps.
Control Center: swipe up-down gives you more controls options for apps like media controls, home controls right in the Control Center. Customize and rearrange controls, build your own groups of controls. Swipe feature on Lock screen controls, like camera, and torch, can be swiped up and down for other controls.
Texting updates: Tapbacks, send later, text formatting, text effects, send text without Wi-Fi or cellular data, but with the satellite directly (feature may not be available in all countries currently.) Categories in Mail (namely, Primary, transactions, updates, promotions) app helps short emails for you based on the priority and importance, Mail app also get the new “Digest View” feature, all mails at one place is also available.
Maps gets new updates with routes navigation enhancements, make your own routes, and Tap to cash makes buzz with sending/receiving Apple Cash without sharing phone numbers or email address. Other Pay features are also making an entry on iOS 18.
Photos: Photos and Library management made easy with many filter options like year, month wise view, new appealing UI (user interface) has been added with carousels, photos, and videos playing in app.
More features are made it in to the iOS 18, like larger icons on home screen, privacy centric feature updates, or one of the talked feature on social media the LED torchlight control on iPhone, which allows user to adjust the width of the torch on your iPhone as well alongside intensity.
