This year Gyarvi Sharif in India to start from 14 October (after sunset) 2024. and will be observed until 15 October 2024 (until sunset) (11 Rabi Ul Akhir 1446 AH).
• Gyarvi Sharif is observed in the remembrance of Hazrat Abdul Qadir Gilani (رضي الله عنه).
• The month of Rabi Al Akhir has started from 04 October 2024 (after sunset of 04 October) in India and Pakistan followed countries.
• The Niyaz and Fatiha khwani goes on for the entire month of Rabi Ul Akhir, sunni aqeedah muslims perform Niyaz and Fatiha khwani specially on 11th day of Rabi Ul Akhir month.
Gyarvi Sharif is celebrated on the 11th day of the fourth month of the Islamic calendar "Rabi Ul Akhir" the month comes after "Rabi-ul awwal" which marks the birth of holy Prophet Huzur Muhammad Mustafa ﷺ .
